📦 Shipping Policy – TheCaseClub

At TheCaseClub, we aim to provide fast, reliable, and hassle-free delivery across India. All orders are processed with care and shipped using trusted courier partners to ensure your products reach you safely and on time.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Saturday).

  • Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be processed the next working day, including those with express shipping.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders or operational delays, processing times may be slightly extended. Customers will be notified in such cases.


2. Shipping & Delivery Time

Once dispatched, typical delivery timelines are:

Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities 3–6 working days
Rest of India / Remote Areas 5–9 working days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier constraints, weather interruptions, or operational issues.

Express shipping is done by using the fastest available Air Courier Service. 


3. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Free or nominal shipping fee (as displayed at checkout).

  • Partial Cash on Delivery (PCOD): Additional COD charge may apply (₹50–₹75 depending on pincode). You are expected to pay 10% online and the balance to the delivery person at the time of delivery. If a partial COD order is refused or not delivered to to unavailability of the customer, the amount paid online will not be refunded.

Shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking link via Email / SMS / WhatsApp

  • Regular updates on shipment status

You can also track your order anytime via the Track Order page on our website.


5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Delivery may fail if:

  • The address or pincode is incorrect

  • The customer is unavailable

  • The phone number is unreachable

  • The courier partner cannot access the location

In such cases, the courier may attempt redelivery. If the order returns to us due to customer-related issues, reshipping charges will apply. We will not provide a refund for such situations as your order is made on demand specially for you.


6. Damaged, Lost, or Tampered Packages

If your package arrives damaged, tampered, or is not delivered:

  1. Take photos/videos of the package as received without opening it.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  3. We will investigate with the courier partner

  4. If verified, we will offer a replacement at no cost

Loss claims must be raised within 2 days of delivery date.


7. International Shipping

Currently, TheCaseClub ships only within India.
