Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy
1. No Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products and pricing, we do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been delivered. All our products are made on order and printed when order is placed specially for you.
This allows us to maintain accessible pricing while ensuring product quality.
2. Replacement Policy
We offer a one-time replacement under the following conditions:
Eligible:
* Product received is damaged during transit
* Wrong product delivered
* Manufacturing defect
Not Eligible:
* Change of mind or preference
* Minor design or color variations
* Ordering the wrong model
* Damage due to usage, drops, or mishandling
All exchange requests are subject to quality checks and approval.
3. Proof Requirement
To process an replacement request, the following is required:
* An unboxing video starting from a sealed package as received from the courier delivery person.
* Clear images and videos showing the issue
Requests without sufficient proof may not be accepted.
4. Product Representation
* Product images are for reference purposes
* Design placement, color tone, and finish may vary slightly
* Some cases may include additional camera protection depending on stock availability
All variants meet functional and quality standards.
5. Product Nature (PrismGlass Cases)
* PrismGlass cases are made with tempered glass backing
* Designed for scratch resistance and everyday protection
Due to their rigid nature, they may crack under high impact or drops.
Cracking of the case does not indicate failure of protection.
6. Exchange Timeline & Process
* Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
* Approved exchanges are processed within 3–5 working days
* Reverse pickup will be arranged where serviceable
7. Order Cancellation
Orders are made on demand and move quickly into processing to ensure timely dispatch, orders once placed can not be cancelled or modified.
